Woven Fabrics
Indigo Denim Twill
Heavyweight 3/1 warp-faced twill fabric manufactured with indigo rope-dyed warp yarns and unbleached ecru weft fills.
Technical Overview
Woven on rapier or air-jet looms. Because only the warp yarn is dyed with indigo while the filling yarn remains unbleached, laundering and enzyme washes create the signature faded wear patterns characteristic of commercial 5-pocket jeans.
